PeriLuck plugins are digital products that are delivered instantly and activated on your server right after purchase. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

Because each plugin is a downloadable file tied to a license key, once it has been delivered we cannot guarantee it has not been copied or used. As is standard for digital goods, we therefore do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Take a moment to review the plugin description, features, and compatibility on the plugin page before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a plugin fits your server, contact us first — we're happy to help you decide before you pay.

If a plugin does not work as described, don't worry — reach out to our support team. While purchases are non-refundable, we will work with you to fix the issue or provide an updated version so your plugin works correctly on your server.

If you believe you were charged in error or see a duplicate charge, contact us with your order details and we will review it.
